The employers engage Vibrant to conduct Employee Background Checks. The checks can be done at two stages:
- Pre-Employment Stage – This process is initiated prior an employee joins the employer. All the components of verification is conducted except the current employment. In the event of discrepancy in the verification, the offer may not be rolled out to the candidate.
In 2001 we have identified around 8% Fake certificates in Education qualification, 14% employee’s posses experience from fake companies and around 9% of employees have discrepancy in their previous employment. We have verified around 3% discrepancy in current employment. This process can save the hiring and training cost of an employee
as the verification is conducted prior joining prospective employer. - Post-Employment Stage – This process is initiated post the employee joining an employer. In this process any employee having any discrepancy in their claim may be separated from the organization post joining the company.
