Major Vibhav Kapoor is a first-generation entrepreneur with the experience of setting up and driving growth of two corporate entities in the HR services domain. His first venture, 16 years old Vibrant Screen Pvt. Ltd, has evolved into a major player in the background verification space, with presence in 8 cities and clientele of over 200. The second, Value Lanes Pvt. Ltd, has over 200 clients and has made its mark in the Learning & Development space based on experiential outbound learning.

Major Kapoor was commissioned in 1980 and served in various capacities with the Indian Army’s elite Para Special Forces. During army service, he was injured, and due to this, he served on deputation in the Corps of Military Police for a tenure of two years.

Before his deputation to the Corps of Military Police, he underwent Specialized Courses which helped him to set up Vibrant processes in the most innovative manner. That remains a hallmark of the Vibrant operations team to date. All clients reach out to the Vibrant team in hours of difficulty, be it a pandemic or a new challenge they face in background check space.

Before retiring prematurely from his career in the army, he armed himself with a master’s in HR and MDBA in Personnel Management and; combined his training skills acquired from ISABS (Indian Society of Applied Behavioral Sciences) to set up Value Lanes in the year 2003. He has completed his basics and advanced lab on Human Processes with the Indian Society of Applied Behavioral Sciences (ISABS). He is also a practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Transactional Analysis, and Appreciative Inquiry. This unique combination of military skills and experience in corporate entrepreneurship contributes to Value Lanes’ market presence.

Major Kapoor brings with him the leadership experience of intensive military operations in J&K, Nagaland, Manipur, Assam, and the Maldives. He is the recipient of the prestigious Chief of Army Staff Commendation Card for Gallantry in Operation Cactus (Maldives).
